Well, here we go with baby names, although to be honest, I sort of like "Sunday" and I definitely like "Rose" -- however, I'm not sure I would have named a child Sunday unless it had been born on a Sunday -- but, hey, that's just me.

Also, Nicole Kidman hardly ever looked pregnant -- I know she's tall and everything but, pictures of her, even in the late stages of pregnancy, showed next to nothing.

Apparently his "best friend", Jaymes Foster (who's music producer David Foster's younger sister) is pregnant with Clay's baby -- she was, according to news reports, artificially inseminated.

Hollywood and the Clintons

What the hell is happening in Hollywood -- not so very long ago, they were bending over backwards for the Clintons...now they seem to have totally turned their backs. Why is that? Did Obama just simply steal their thunder?

Okay, here's one of those guys I never paid much attention to -- but why not?! I know he's been mentioned before but don't know if we ever had a thread for him. Rosemary always said she saw him as Jonathan (is that the right name? I'm having ) Randall in OUTLANDER.

I just -- finally -- watched THE PATRIOT and he was a magnificent bad guy -- of course, just look at the HARRY POTTER...

I'm sure if you're breathing, you've heard or read something of the kerfluffle about Miley Cyrus posing provocatively for a magazine spread. I've seen the photos and they're not such a big deal - implied nudity but nothing hardcore - but then again, Miley is 15 (I think). I'm sick of it for two reasons:

1. The lady doth protest too much. Was she unconscious when the photos were taken? Did they edit out her clothes? She, and her reps,...

He was arrested in Palm Springs on some big time drug charges. They found him sleeping in his car with heroin, ectasy, cocaine and prescrip drugs. Lord he was really goin' at it huh? Guess he could'nt pick just one....This really saddens me. I liked him and thought he was one of the most sexiest black men I'd ever laid eyes on. Lynn did'nt you have the hots for him back in our early Fans days? God, I hate Hollywood!

Anyway, Chalet is the daughter of a Ear, Nose and Throat doc here in town. Mark is good friends with him and they live up the road from us.

Anyway, Chalet spent some time in NYC but is now based in...

I don't know what is the matter with me! Ever since I saw PSILY I have been enamoured with Jeffery Dean Morgan. I loved his character in that movie. He's Kiera Knightley's "friend" -- he starred with her in PRIDE AND PREJUDICE (as Mr. Wickham). He's really not my "type" but there's something about him. He looks like the kind of "face" I could use in a story somewhere down the line.

OK, so I'm a devoted Jason Flemyng fan, as a rule, but I rented the movie Amazing Grace a couple of weeks ago and spent the whole time drooling over Ioan and going, "How in the world have I missed you???" A friend lent me a couple of "Horatio Hornblower" movies, and now I'm pretty much obsessed. Then I Youtubed him, and there he was reciting poetry in his native Welsh for a documentary, and that did it--I am really gone now.

Oh my God! People.com just reported he was found dead in his apartment! I can't believe it. He was a terrific actor, very intense.

I guess they'll post more as more is known...him being so young I wonder if it was a drug overdose or something. That would be disappointing if it was.
