Football.

I suppose it's this way everywhere but, in the south, football is king -- probably more so college football (and, actually, high school) than the NFL -- so when people ask if you've seen a particular game and you haven't -- and, in fact, didn't even know the Dawgs were playing -- they look at you as if you're nuts. I don't know the names of football players -- unless they're in the news for some reason -- and I don't know the schedules of any team. I have nothing against people loving the game but it's just not my thing at all. And, for the record, I don't care for baseball, either. In fact, the only sports I watch are usually the winter Olympics (and some summer but I don't like them as much) and, even that, is sporadic. I am so thankful that Mark doesn't care anything about watching any sports -- I'd be nuts -- but I guess that's probably one of the things that drew me to him in the first place!

Just as a side note, there are those on this board who do love football and those who do love babies -- nobody should ever feel that they can't talk about what they love just because others don't love the same things -- this is a very generalized board and people are here for different reasons so it has never been limited to only a few topics, as I hope y'all all know. And, as I've said countless times, everyone is free to skip any conversation they are not interested in.
